The Wild Rose Restaurant is offering a spectacular wine tasting dinner featuring the wines from IG Winery in Cedar City.
Each of the wines are crafted from grapes sourced from California, Oregon, and Washington, by winemaker Doug Mc Combs.

The menu includes four courses.

  • First course: Fresh figs and ricotta cheese drizzled with locally harvested honey and fresh mint, paired with IG Riesling from the Rogue Valley.
  • Second course: Butter lettuce with Champagne vinaigrette, blueberry stilton cheese, fresh pears, and blueberries paired with IG Allure 2012 Blood Orange Sorbet will be the Intermezzo.
  • Third course: Roasted pork tenderloin with house made BBQ demi glace finished with a pineapple cilantro salsa paired with IG Tempest red blend.
  • Dessert course: Chocolate ganache torte with vanilla bean ice cream paired with IG Late Harvest Zinfandel.

Winemaker Doug McCombs and Wine Educator Sheral Schowe will pour and discuss the wines and visit with each of the guests at their tables. It will be an informative and delicious evening, not to be missed!
