Four Noble Grapes: Wine and Cheese Pairing

Sheral Schowe, French Wine Scholar and licensed wine educator will present a tasting of four noble grape variety wines paired with four cheeses. the origins of the grapes will be discussed, the aging techniques of steel vs oak, and the difference between thin skinned grapes and big reds which are suitable for aging in your cellar. Sheral is the owner of Wasatch Academy of Wine, Utah’s first, and largest, wine school. Cheeses will be sourced from Harmons of St. George.
