Located in Yountville, Napa Valley, California this culinary mecca is on every foodies’ list of places to eat before they die. Chef Shaun Heaslet is recreating recipes from Keller’s “The French Laundry Cookbook”, published in 1999, and Wine Educator Sheral Schowe is pairing the perfect wine for each course.
