The French Wine Scholar post nominal certification course is up and running in Santa Clara, between Ivins and Saint George, Utah. We are meeting one Sunday every month at the The Granary, a French-inpspired Bistro, owned by French native and Chef, Patricia Johnson.
Each month we discuss, learn, and experience a new wine region in France through lecture, photos, tasting six premium wines, and a regionally specific lunch. Nothing like a French Chef to create the dishes to prepare, in the most traditional methods, to enhance our experience!
