Due to its consistency, depth of flavor, and ability to develop complex flavors over time, Cabernet Sauvignon is planted more than any other quality wine grape in the world. Although its home is Bordeaux, it is very successful in much hotter areas of the world. You will taste Cabernet from six countries and discover the difference in aromas and flavors, based on where it is grown. Please bring a photo ID that indicates your age to class.
